You Are Responsible For Reading This Policy Before Booking Your Appointment!
A Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable $25 to $250 deposit is required to reserve an appointment or class. The deposit is a booking fee that goes towards your service or class total. Once you pay for your services online it's non-refundable. You are responsible for canceling and rescheduling your own appointment. If you cancel your appointment your deposit is nonrefundable.
Please bring the remaining balance in CASH! I do not accept any other form of payment! Credit, debit cards, or cash app ARE NOT accepted. I accept CASH ONLY. No Call, No Show appointments will be charged the full service price to the credit card on file.
All services are à la carte, unless otherwise noted. Its extremely important that you add any additional services to your appt such as: body curls, install removal, natural hair washed etc. because it will block off the time you need for your service. You can not book any maintenance service after 6pm. No extensions are included in any of the services.

Please keep in mind any issues during the mailing process she is not accountable for any mistakes. You should add a tracking number and signature to your package to avoid any issues.
Natural hair can be colored black only. Coloring on bundles is $35 per bundle, per process. Coloring on a full lace wig starts at $100 for one process. For coloring services you must drop your hair off 4 DAYS prior to your appointment. When you drop your hair off at the salon the receptionist at the front desk will have you write down your name, number, and time of your appointment and then she will give it to me.
Make sure you create an account (by clicking on the "Log in" button above) so you can reschedule & view your appointments at your convenience. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after you book your appointment that will tell you the time, date, and location of your appointment. in the confirmation email you will be able to cancel or reschedule you appointment.
Frontals need to be dropped off 2 BUSINESS DAYS before your appointment and Color services need to be dropped off 4 BUSINESS DAYS before your appointment (the salon is closed Sunday ). If you bring it on the day of or less then the number of days required, an additional $75 will be added to your total. Please make sure your extensions are clean, dry, and free from thread, product, and tangles. $25 will be added to your total for bundles that need to be cleaned and or detangled. The same price applies to pre-cut wefts by another hairstylist. Your natural hair MUST be tangle free prior to your service or $30 will be added to your total for your hair to be properly detangled before your service is started. (You may NOT sit in the waiting area and detangle, untwist twist outs, braid outs, etc. at the time of your appointment. If your natural hair is below your shoulders please add "medium length or longer" to your service, $20 will be added to your total this will block off more time that is needed for your service. If you need a Last Minute/ Emergency/ VIP appointment on a day that appears booked you, must contact me via text at 504-418-3565 with details about the time, date, service needed and your first and last name it is an additional $60 added to your total for this type of appointment. Please be courteous of others time and leave early enough to arrive at your appointment on time taking in consideration Traffic, Accidents & Games at the Stadium to find Parking.. There is a 10min grace period and it is not void do to the issues stated above. If you are not signed in at the front desk with in your 10min grace period to your appointment time $10 will be added to your total. If you install includes Lace please avoid purchasing a “Transparent' lace if you are medium brown or darker. Transparent Lace is for light complexions. Please make sure the Lace is not darker than your skin tone on your forehead. If the Lace is darker I will be cancel the appointment. Keep in mind the thinner the Lace, the better it will melt into your skin!

Unexpected things may happen so please take the time to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance. You must make an account so you can cancel or reschedule at your convenience.
Wigs, Hair & Products are non-refundable
All units are allow exchange after 2 days of services being the unit may have size issues. if unit is not return within the 2 days you exchange will not be granted.
Hair can be exchanged as long as its in the same packaging as when purchased. I can not refund any hair that has been color by another stylist.

After your service please be vocal of your satisfaction because there are no refunds to any services. All sales are final. Keep in mind that my schedule can be thrown off by clients for various reasons so please DO NOT book your appointment on a day when you know you have a time sensitive day. Pictures & videos will be taken for social media purposes only, so please be picture ready! Please consult with me before removing lace installs especially if you are unsure about how to remove it! I am not responsible for any damages done to your hair or extensions when you leave the salon! No children are allowed in the salon, unless they are being serviced. Due to limited space, no additional guests.
